In our country, consumer ability is more strength than before, so the number of people purchasing automobiles power has increased greatly. B group is an internationally renowned high-end auto company, in order to gain a competitive advantage, in2006, B group established B group China training institute for all of its Chinese dealers to provide comprehensive training, to better serve customers. With the continuing expansion of training institute, training courses and training students, the training quality is drawing more and more attention. Training satisfaction is an important standard of the training quality. The investigation of the satisfaction training can be used to improve training course and improve training quality. At the same time, the satisfaction assessment study about professional training organization is very few, this paper can make a contribution in this field.In this paper, we investigated five consecutive months,1409trained students, using AHP analytic hierarchy process, we proposed the scientific evaluation index system. Through the satisfaction survey we found that: B training institute overall satisfaction score is high, but individual indexes and individual course are still have a lot of improvement room. According to investigation results, this paper finally puts seven suggestions to improve training quality:improve food, improve training facilities construction, improve personnel service attitude, improve the quality of training materials, appropriately extended some courses training time, increase the course arrangement, strengthen the trainers assessment.
