With the development of China’s national economy and social informatization,th e demand of high level applied specialized talents who can solve practical problems b ecomes more and more urgent.The professional degree postgraduate education which follows the development trend of social productive forces comes into being,and the p rofessional degree education in our country has developed for more than more than 20 years,which can make up for the high-level application-oriented professionals of the fault to a certain extent.In 2010,China officially established a master’s degree in library and information science(hereinafter referred to as MLIS),which indicates that China’s library and information graduate education has opened a new chapter of academic and professional integration.Looking back at the relevant literature on the MLIS talent training research in the past,the index evaluation system is often constructed from the aspects of curriculum setting,teacher construction,and teaching quality,and the research on teaching satisfaction measurement from the perspective of student expectations and student perception quality is relatively lacking.Therefore,the combination of theory and demonstration in this paper has established the MLIS talent training public satisfaction index model and carried out the following research.First of all,this paper expounds the research background and significance of MLIS talent training public satisfaction evaluation,combs and summarizes the related research results of previous MLIS talent training,and points out the purpose and significance of this paper.Further elaborated on the theoretical basis of the professional degree and MLIS,including the connotation,subject characteristics,social functions of the professional degree,as well as the definition of the MLIS development process,training objectives,and core competencies,and the connotation of the MLIS talents in cultivating public satisfaction.The influence factors,formation mechanism and other aspects were discussed.At the same time,the significance of MLIS talent training public satisfaction measurement was discussed.Secondly,based on the former MLIS talent training public satisfaction theory,gu ided by structural equation modeling thought,referring to the classic customer Satisfa ction Index model at home and abroad(including the customer Satisfaction Index mo del of Sweden,USA,Europe and China)and combining with the actual situation of M LIS postgraduate education in our country,The corresponding measurable variables a nd potential variables are selected,and the relationship between variables is discussed,and the public satisfaction model of MLIS talents training is constructed.Finally,the MLIS talent training public satisfaction model is applied to empirical research,through the issuance of questionnaires to obtain data,and the use of relevan t statistical software analysis of data and validation model,the relationship between th e impact of variables,the final analysis of empirical results and put forward correspon ding suggestions and strategies...
