The Research Of Sports Community Leadership Style On Three Abilities Of Members Of The Association

To the leadership styles of the Wuhan region part of the university sports associations and community members'communication skills, competitiveness, anti-frustration study of the capacity situation, according to research needs, design the questionnaire for the situation of the leadership style of the university sports associations and the community members of the three ability. In this study, this questionnaire to the leadership style of the sports associations of the four universities in Wuhan and three capacity status of the questionnaire and part of the sporting community leaders were interviewed. Wuhan area focus on colleges and universities sports associations of the leadership style and interpersonal communication situation according to the results of the survey and interviews of systems analysis, trying to Analysis of Wuhan area some colleges and universities sports associations leadership style of Societies human interpersonal communication, and provide reference to promote the development of the sports associations.This paper uses research methods:literature study, questionnaire survey to study law, interviews with mathematical statistical method. The status quo and problems of some colleges and universities in Wuhan area sports associations, and visited part of the university sports associations and the relevant competent leadership to understand the relevant circumstances. Found by the survey results1. The leaders of sports associations:most of the sports associations leader for high school students, and the proportion of first-year students at least. The proportion of male gender more than two-thirds, another source of election of the leader and the recommended ratio is roughly equal. Leadership style, leadership style of the leader of the sports community up to the target type, followed by self-type, while others type and emotion type is relatively small.2. Members of the university sports associations in ability to communicate the status quo:a member of the university sports associations of self-communication skills and a strong sense of competition, but the external communication skills and ability to resist setback. Boys members of the university sports associations and external communication, ability and sense of competition to be significantly higher than the female members of the self-communication ability of female members of the significantly higher than male members. Members of the university sports associations, external communication skills, sense of competition and ability to resist setback as a whole showed increasing trend with the increase of the grade, the other fourth-grade self-communication skills higher than the other three grade levels. Collective university sports association's members of the external communication skills, competition, and the ability to resist setback higher than the individual community members. In the self-communication skills, individual university sports association's members are higher than the collective community members.3. According to the findings of this study, the relevant results can help the university sports associations training, selection of future leaders to enhance the competitiveness of community organizations; characteristics of different leadership styles to choose the right way, to promote the communication skills of the members of the community organizations, competitiveness and anti-frustration capabilities.
