With our industrialization and urbanization process of accelerated, more and more rural surplus labor were forced to transfer from rural areas gradually out into the city and had been important to urban construction and development. A considerable part of the children came to the city with their parents and their existence condition was subjected to public concern, especially the unequal education problem, had become the compulsory education work nowadays. Though weak compulsory education for the children of migrant workers provide basic schooling, as the citizens integrating into the city has been new problems. All children in city should have studied under a blue sky, but they can not share the city's education resources. Therefore, to solve the problem is urgent.The research brings the unequal education problem of children of migrant workers to the angle of Marxist educational equity, brings the problem of unequal education of children of migrant workers in city to deep-rooted analysis, analyses the cause and influence of unequal education of children of migrant workers, and then analyses the settlement plan to solve the problem.This research falls into five parts, the first part is about the reason why I chose this topic, review documents, the research methods and primary concepts in this research? the second part is the systemic analysis of marxism educational equity theory? the third part is based on the investigation of Huangshi in Hubei province, comprehensively analyse the issue of unequal status of migrant children in city, and lead to the efficient causes and underlying causes? the fourth part analyses the signification of solving unequal education of migrant children, and on the basic of the third part, it brings forward solution to solve the unequal education problems, like further reform of household registration system and financial system of compulsory education, government fully perform the responsibility, to improve conditions of non-governmental school, strengthening propagand to incease the humane concern for the migrant children in school, and help the children themselves to increase the ability to adapt to new conditions;the fifth part of this paper is summarize and outlook.
