The leading-in of Math class is an indispensable important part, and its efficiency influences the students' mastery of knowledge and skills, and ability development, having a direct impact on the quality of classroom teaching. The author thinks the teachers, especially the teachers' comprehensive quality on the quality of teaching can not be ignored. I have seven years of junior middle school mathematics teaching experience, knowing how important the leading-in is so my research will focus on the relationship between the junior middle school mathematics new curriculum leading-in and the comprehensive quality of the teachers. In this paper, according to the education, psychology and other theories about teachers' comprehensive quality, the various cases in junior high school mathematics new curriculum will be analyzed; the existing problems in leading-in will be found through classroom observation and interview, using related theory to analyze the causes. By means of case analysis, selection of various types of new course in junior middle school, through comprehensive study, analysis of teachers' factors on classroom; we will conclude what comprehensive qualities the teachers should have. The study contributes to changing the teachers' view of leading-in, driving them to change the teaching behavior, and improving their comprehensive quality. On one hand, from the psychology, behavior on the importance of leading-in, teachers will better their leading-in part; on the other hand, the teachers will improve the quality and efficiency of class by improving their comprehensive quality.This thesis consists of five parts.The first part:introduction. It mainly introduces the research origin, as well as the research status at home and abroad and the research methods, innovative point.The second part:through questionnaire survey, the communication of the teachers and students, we can analyze the existing problems and their causes, especially the importance of teachers' comprehensive quality on the subject.The third part:the cases of the high school mathematics new course will be analyzed. According to the research needs, this part mainly to divide the leading-in part into many kinds like leading-in with stories, questions, the former knowledge, experiment,objects, multi-media, activities, facts related to daily life and so on. Through a typical case analysis, we can explore the class, find characteristics, and do some research on the influence of the teachers' comprehensive quality on leading-in.The forth part:combining the study of leading-in in math class, this part analyzes what quality the teachers should have and also states the teachers'morality, teaching quality, teaching skills, wisdom of teaching and study ability.The fifth part:conclusion. It will summarize the thesis briefly, state the deficiency of this study, and do some planning for the next step.
