The implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation is an important reform of education evaluation.Comprehensive quality evaluation is not only the record and summary of the overall development of middle school students,but also an important means to promote the overall development of students.There are some problems such as single evaluation subject,incomplete evaluation process materials,and unfair evaluation results in the implementation of comprehensive quality evaluation.It is an attempt to improve the comprehensive quality evaluation by applying class quantitative management and process evaluation as the basis of the comprehensive quality evaluation in S Middle School of Zhengzhou.This thesis will take the class unit as the research object to research on the application of class quantitative management in comprehensive quality evaluation,and put forward the optimization strategy.Quantitative class management is a kind of class management mode with quantitative points from the aspects of students' moral education,learning,discipline,health,sports,and art.This paper investigates and studies the implementation of class quantitative management,the application in the comprehensive quality evaluation,the results obtained in this process and the problems.It is found that the application of class quantitative management in the comprehensive quality evaluation has achieved obvious results,but there are still some problems.The greatest effect of applying class quantitative management to comprehensive quality evaluation is to provide process evaluation data for comprehensive quality evaluation to make the evaluation reliable,to mobilize students' enthusiasm to participate in class management affairs and class activities,to cultivate students' good behavior and habits;and to promote the overall development of students,so as to achieve the purpose of promoting development via evaluation.The problems in the application include: 1.In terms of data collection,the data collected in the comprehensive quality evaluation of class quantitative management is not complete;2.In terms of evaluation content,the quantitative class evaluation content cannot cover the six dimensions of comprehensive quality evaluation,which will cause no evaluation basis for some dimensions,such as civic literacy,innovation ability,and aesthetics & performance;3.In the actual operations,it is easy to focus only on behavior and quantification,while lack analysis of the reasons behind the behavior;4.In terms of evaluation subject,parents' participation is low,lacking synergy with class quantitative management.5.The records of class quantitative management cannot be sustained until the end of a semester,resulting in insufficient reference data for comprehensive quality evaluation.This thesis will analyze the causes of these problems in the implementation,and propose optimization strategies from the three aspects of the school,teachers,and students.The school should implement the concept of cultivating students and enrich school activities,strengthen home-school cooperation,and establish student growth database of the school with information technology.The teachers should strengthen the guidance to students,continuously improve class quantification system,optimize class quantification recording method,and improve efficiency with information technology,so as to help students to establish the correct views of the world,life and values,strengthen their awareness of democracy,and improve their ability of independent management.
