All education is the formation of moral, ideological and moral education is an important part of school education. Young people are the future builders of socialism with Chinese characteristics is the successor. Their moral status is directly related to the overall quality of the Chinese nation, to the country's future and destiny of the nation. Teaching and being an administrative worker for many years the backbone of one teacher in NO.1 Middle School in Xinyu, I deeply appreciate the ideological and moral education in one there are all kinds of problems. For this reason I proposed the "ideological and moral education of students to solve problems and strategies," the research topic. Sought to dig abandoned monotony preaching moral model, to promote "them with reason, and emotionally moving," Education through a variety of activities, is all kinds of moral content in the human mind to achieve the overall beautification.Based on my own issues need to be retrieved in order to determine the scope of the literature search. Accessing to relevant literature at home and abroad, I received a total of nearly five years of relevant research papers 150. By comparing the ideological and moral education of high school students, I found that nearly five years, the characteristics of the study on this issue, and then sum up this paper innovation, and strive to make their articles more representative and unique. According to the ideological and moral content of the corresponding, I set of four aspects of the problem. But also with students, parents, schools and social Quartet system design, I strive to arrive at the ideological and moral influence on students. Based on the first to the third year in three grades in NO.1 Middle School in Xinyu, each grade were randomly selected four classes, the students that twelve-depth investigation, one of the current students in NO.1 Middle School in Xinyu issues related to moral education. The questionnaires were distributed and 830 copies,812 were recovered, the recovery rate of 97.83%. Were collected in 812 questionnaires,783 valid questionnaires, the effective rate of 96.42%.The survey found:Currently NO.1 Middle School in Xinyu, an ideological and moral education in secondary school students continue to make progress, there are five issues, That is, fuzzy ideals and beliefs, lack of traditional virtues, character, poor willpower, "overweening" the rise of individualism and the moral sense of law. Finally, based on my own experience, in the help of friends and teachers, I collected and collated multiple views and experiences to solve problems, from family, school, community, students starting in four areas of NO.1 Middle School in Xinyu an ideological and moral education of secondary school students make recommendations.Part I:Introduction, the main study described the background and significance, basic concepts and research methods used and the paper launched the idea.PartⅡ,Ⅲ: The use of questionnaires-based approach, from students, parents, schools and community four-way system, analyzes the ideological and moral education in NO.1 Middle School in Xinyu, and analyze the reasons for the status.PartⅣ: According to the author's experience and learn from the experience of other schools, students of NO.1 Middle School in Xinyu an ideological and moral education made relevant recommendations.
