In the 21st century, with the rapid development of national economy, the levels of rural material life are being universally improved, and the idea that parents pays great attention to the education of students is also being steadily reinforced. Parents hope that their children can acquire good opportunities and enter higher level schools. Moreover, with the further development of the popularization of nine-year compulsory education, the enrollment rate of rural pupils entering junior middle school is above 99.5%, the rate of junior middle school students entering senior high school also reaches 85% in rural areas. These facts show that all types of students have the opportunities to enter junior or senior middle schools no matter how poor the leaning foundation is. According to a survey of part of middle school students, only 50 percent of them consciously have learning goals to enter middle school. As far as rest students are concerned, some students are force to learn in the school by their parents, some feel curious and enjoy school life, some make their enrollment decisions at will. Among those students who prefer studying, quite a part of students seem never able to learn mathematics well, as the parents' culture level is poor or they live in remote villages without convenient traffic. These real difficulties reduce students' interests in mathematics. Specially, after students enter senior middle school, the content of mathematics textbook is enlarged gradually, course difficulty are also increased significantly. The result is that more and more students cannot keep up with teaching process. They initially feel frustrated, and then feel disappointed, finally despair of mathematics. In many classes, less than 40 percent of students can finish teaching task along with mathematics teachers. Meanwhile, rest students begin to give up leaning mathematics, even extend to give up total learning lives, which cause a higher drop-out rate in senior middle school. Considering real situation on mathematics learning of rural middle school students, it is imperative to enforce mathematics education and strive to improve mathematics quality of middle school students in rural areas. The key to solve above problems lies in how to raise students'interests in learning mathematics. Because interest is the best teacher, it can promote students to actively thinking mathematical problems and strive to improve study efficiency. As a great renowned educator in Chinese history, Kong Zi says:"Know it rather good of, like it rather happy of." Here, Kong Zi wants to emphasize the idea that interest is the internal power of study. Only liking it can like study it, and then learn mathematics well. Mathematics itself is a special subject with highly abstract and rigorous logic, Irritancy brought by mathematic learning easily evokes students' fear psychology, produce a cognitive barrier. Thus, how to train students' interest in studying mathematics and fully mobilize their study enthusiasm becomes the key of the improvement of mathematics teaching quality. So, how should teachers train students' interests in mathematics course? This paper deep analysis the reasons why students are not interested in mathematics, propose a series of methods to improve the interest of schools students in learning mathematics. These methods is beneficial to promote students' mathematic-leaning motivation, and develop their interest in mathematic leaning, finally make them become excellent talents. They not only have abundant mathematic knowledge and advanced mathematics idea and method, but also posses excellent thinking ability and sustainable learning ability. Further, teachers can lay a solid foundation for students developing cultural knowledge and obtaining advanced study.
