Purpose: This subject will study long-term taijiquan exercise for 60-69 years old people body quality related parameters influence the, through to the long-term practicing taijiquan of this age paragraph the elderly body quality related the evaluation index, for old people exercise provide scientific theory, thus the correct guidance of scientific exercise, which can increase the elderly health of body and mind and prolong life purpose. Methods:This study 189 name 60-69 long-term taijiquan exercise of old people as the research object, including 60-64 years old, 92 people 65-69 years old 97 people, Select no major disease and nearly two years history of this age fitness erratic elderly as control group, the control group (n = 108) also by age, divided into two groups, including 60-64 years old, 53 people 65-69 years old 55. According to age and experimental training fixed number of year divided into four groups, each age level according to training fixed number of year is divided into 2 groups. Experimental subjects per day requires continuous to exercise, in the whole exercise with during exercise before lifestyle unchanged, exercise time for 12 weeks, every week 5 times, every morning practice taijiquan 3 time, about 1 hour.Results:1,Taijiquan exercise after age 60-69 years old in physical quality indexes compared with control was significant difference (P < 0.05).2,The different training fixed number of year of the subjects compared to the touch back in succession, crook proneness, repeated sitting up, grip, upper limb strength, choose response, develops eye-hand coordination index although have change, but no significant differences. And shutting standing on one foot, walk test (65-69 age) index was significant difference (P < 0.05).Conclusion:1, Taiji for 60-69 years old people's equilibrium, power quality, agility and flexibility with good quality improved.2, Practicing taijiquan 3 years for 60-69 years old people's equilibrium and limb strength quality will have further improved.
