As the training of outsourcing demand, there are many training institutions in the market, most of these training institutions strength weak and small scale, and also they have a lot of problems in the process of taking their business such as not accurate positioning, homogeneity management, positioning focused too much on short-term benefits and random undertake the quantity of their business. As the market more and more competition, it is likely to be out of the market if the training institutions not decide the kind and the quantity of its training business rationally as early as possible and not make its profits realize the maximum level of growth. Previous studies about training institutions are mainly strategies which are how to develop stronger for a single or a kind of training institutions in the condition of market for qualitative, the game research about training institutions are relatively simple, and are not involved in the basic training institutions based on the business undertaken.According to the shortages, this paper mainly studies how training institutions through the game between each other to make their decision about their businesses, making strategy for training institutions in the competition market about their businesses undertaken, and optimize their of capital, and obtain the biggest profit, creating conditions for their long-term stability of the enterprise management.The study's main work and innovation results are as follows:The paper establish the static game model with incomplete information to solve the problem that how the training institutions with the similar size and the same level of training and service ability to make the decision to undertake the amount of bussiness, and analyze the results calculated by the model.it provided a theoretical basis for the simillar training institutions undertake the business.Finally, the paper take three training institutions for example to anylize the results calculated by the model. The results show that, on the condition of incomplete information, when the training institutions make the decision to undertake some bussiness in the competition of the market in the same time, they should consider the opportunity cost of the non core training institutions. So, the uncore of the training institutions can use this to reduce the inferiority in the competition of the market.The paper establish the dynamic game model with incomplete information to solve the problem that how the training institutions with the different size and the different level of training and service ability to make the decision to undertake the amount of the same bussiness, and analyze the results calculated by the model,it provided a theoretical basis for the such training institutions undertake the business.Finally, the paper take three training institutions for example to anylize the results calculated by the model. The results show that, on the condition of incomplete information, when the training institutions make the decision to undertake some bussiness in the competition of the market one by one, their decisions are often related to the probability of other training institutions make. So, training institutions which need to choice the probability can use this to enhance their influence in the market.
