With the development of mobile communication technology and the diversification and popularization of mobile devices, Mobile-learning (in short M-learning) that is a new study form gradually comes into people's life. Now M-learning has become the effective supplement for E-learning. M-learning resources are the basis of M-learning and essential to it. Therefore, quality of M-learning resources determines the effect of M-learning. However, there are big differences between M-learning characteristics and E-learning characteristics. At the same time, from the hardware and software aspects, carriers of M-learning resources are different from traditional desktops. In order to ensure the quality of M-learning resources, it is not necessary to build M-learning resources until the M-learning is analyzed thoroughly.The purpose of this paper is to explore how to construct the pattern of the adult M-learning resources building, in order to ensure quality of the adult M-learning resources, and finally to promote the development of M-learning. This paper mainly uses literature study, investigation method and experimental approach. After adult learners and mobile devices'characteristics are studied, the pattern of the adult M-learning resources building is constructed combined with standard network course building pattern; finally, in according to M-learning resources building pattern and the experimental conditions, the author has tested the pattern. And the author has built four small pieces of M-learning resource based on IP AD device. The study shows that:at present, while the mobile communication technology is developing very quickly and mobile devices are becoming more intelligent, which have not restrict M-learning resources building, learning requirements analysis is the key to M-learning resources building. In-depth and right learning requirements analysis provides the direction and foundation for M-learning resources building. The innovation point of this paper is that the pattern of the adult M-learning resources building has been constructed, and the pattern has been tested. Moreover, it is a new attempt that a small piece of M-learning resource is built based on the second development of a kind of E-learning resource.
