This study takes the current situation and Countermeasures of Orienteering in Wenzhou Middle School as the research object,selects 25 schools in Wenzhou Middle School as the investigation object,understands the actual situation of orienteering teaching,training and competition in Wenzhou Middle School,understands the problems in the process of development,and gives reasonable and scientific suggestions,so as to provide data and reality for the better development of orienteering Practice reference.The following conclusions are drawn:1.Orienteering TeachingThe development of Orienteering in middle schools in Wenzhou City has been paid attention to and supported by policies,which provides a strong guarantee for the development of Orienteering;schools are mainly carried out in the form of optional courses,but no relatively systematic teaching system has been formed at present,and the construction of orienteering teaching materials still needs to be improved;the training system of Orienteering still needs to be further improved,and teachers still need to make further efforts in teaching research We should study the problems of orienteering teaching deeply;students' interest in participating in orienteering is also very high,but students' comprehensive ability of mastering orienteering is not strong;the fourteen high Orienteering projects are valued by leaders,and the courses are offered in the form of optional courses,with high teachers' level,strong comprehensive strength,sufficient equipment resources,and very targeted in teaching methods.2.Orienteering Training TeamOrienteering has been recognized by Wenzhou Municipal Bureau of education in terms of policies,and the schools that set up training teams have reached a mature state;in Orienteering Training Team schools,86.7%coaches take part in professional Orienteering Course Training;however,due to the lack of professional Orienteering teachers,a few coaches have poor drawing ability;the equipment of Orienteering Training Team schools are different,and some school training is still the same The use of black-and-white map has a low rate of ownership of electronic signature devices;in terms of the current situation of school team training,schools offering courses are more abundant in training duration,frequency,training venues and training items than those without courses;14 high-level coaches have a high level,sufficient training equipment,rich training content,which is reflected in the diversity of training venues,training means and pertinence.3.Orienteering competitionWenzhou holds all kinds of orienteering competitions every year,but there are only two regular orienteering competitions for students,which can not satisfy the enthusiasm of students to participate in the competition,and the competition items are relatively single;students also show a very active participation in orienteering competitions,with different motives to participate in the competition,among which interest,hobbies,improving sports skills,and physical exercise rank the top three;in the impact In terms of sports performance,students think that physical fitness is the primary factor,followed by route selection technology;in the factors thataffect students' participation in orienteering competitions,we can see that the current funds invested in orienteering are insufficient and students cannot be organized to participate in competitions for many times;the training team of the 14 th high school is supported by the leaders of the school to open courses,set up training teams and organize students to participate in Wenzhou City Zhejiang Province,national orienteering competition,and achieved good results.
