Henan sports center is directly under the large public sports bureau in henan province sports venues, located in zhengzhou, the capital of henan province, and venues can undertake football, basketball, volleyball, badminton, table tennis, diving and swimming, athletics and sports, BangLeiQiu project of the game, but also has a large scale of artistic performance conditions, is a comprehensive sports venues. The purpose of this study is to hope in henan province, the sports center through the analysis of the current situation of marketing management, found in henan province sports center of marketing management, and then puts forward the solutions of henan province, the sports center to the fierce competition in the market to sustainable profit development road.The significance of this research lies in henan province sports center is in central henan province and even the whole main city of typical sports venues, through its marketing management of the present situation of the research and countermeasures for henan province, on the one hand, in the management of the sports center to offer reference and, so as to promote the development of sports industry in henan province, on the other hand also for domestic the same type of large sports venues of the marketing management provide some reference.Research by using the methods of documentation, expert interview method, field investigation method, logic analysis, questionnaire research method, from marketing, marketing management of the basic concept of henan province, analysis of the sports center resources, value orientation, henan province sports center marketing management environment, henan province sports center marketing management internal environment of the present situation and the question, in through the recovery of statistical analysis of the questionnaire as the reference for the research. Get target market positioning chaos, organization structure defects, marketing team lacking professional, marketing money into less, value chain system defects, to the customer segmentation is too low, lack of degree of the competitors know, identify the lack of effective management, to the client of the knowledge management, brand and establish brand behind the marketing concept, the weakening of the marketing channel too onefold, at last, the paper puts forward the corresponding solutions and countermeasures.
