University campus culture is the soul of a university. Strengthening the campus cultural construction in universities is of extremely vital importance for promoting reformation and development of higher education, strengthening and improving ideological and political education on university students and improving college students'integrated qualities. Based on the theoretical research on campus culture, this paper can open a new direction for theoretical study, provide reference for better carrying out the construction of campus culture. Meanwhile, it also clarifies the relationship for the construction of campus culture in the new era, which will provide a new train of thought.Finally, due to the logical structure relation of each element of the campus culture, it put forward the strategy of the construction of the campus culture development and strengthen the construction of campus culture from the guiding ideology, the principle of the optimal and optimization.
