| Higher education management theory plays an very important role in higher education theory, and the management theory of undergraduates is an very important content of it. At present, undergraduates'management has the tremendous of scientization, legalization, democratization and humanization, so, undergraduates'automatic management is the requirement of social development for human resources, consistent with the trend of modem undergraduates'management. From current studies of undergraduates'automatic management, most of them are related to undergraduates'management and automatic management in primary schools or middle schools; moreover, they are at the theory layer or certain aspect of automatic management. The studies on this topic appeared earlier in western countries than in China, so, the achievements are less.Undergraduates'automatic management is a procedure of mobilizing the initiative, using resources and integrates, applying scientific management method to developaseries of self-management, self-study, self-education, such as self-cognition, self-analysis, self-plan, self-organization, self-enforcing, self-control, self-supervision, self-evaluation, and so on. It is a profitable attempt of the university management nowadays for developing the self-management ability.Based on serious study of undergraduate students'self-management in both Chinese and abroad, this article organized relative literature, analyzed character and value, formed models of undergraduate students'self-management, and developed feasible strategies, for instance, transferring concept of management, setting of administrative organization, building of management system, improve the management of consciousness, and so on. So it has practical reference value in some circumstance. |
