This thesis aims to study the factors which lead to the turnover of moral education teachers in Secondary Vocational School. Though the research on this issue and with this thesis, the author expects to show the teachers'living conditions and reveal the key factors that result in the turnover and the relationship between these factors in order to be able to call the school leaders and social community to pay attention on moral education teachers, and hopes to give some enlightenment to the in-service teachers and the quasi-teachers.The research method used in this paper is the combination of interview and narration. Though the formal and informal interviews on Xiaoya, a moral education teacher in Secondary Vocational School, the researcher understands the professional living condition of Xiaoya before her resignation. Besides, though the narrative research method, the researcher reorganizes and analyses the collected information and materials to describe the will of resignation of Xiaoya and the process of the formation of resignation and find out the hidden reasons of resignation.This thesis begins with Xiaoya's life condition when she enters into the teaching career, and makes penetrating description on her professional life state in order to show the process of the formation of resignation really and clearly. Then with the theory of Maslow's hierarchy of needs, the thesis makes the analysis of the resignation from four aspects: the material safety needs, social needs, status expectation, work expectation by analyzing the story of Xiaoya. The thesis analyzes how the will of resignation generates, and why it generates. Finally, with the analysis, the thesis calls people to have reflection on this phenomenon.
