Education carries the social and historical responsibility of cultivating talents and cultural inheritance,and teachers are the main practitioners and bearers of this sacred responsibility of education.Our country is in a new period of social transformation,which has led to the coexistence,conflict and game of multiple values.Such social and cultural influences and impacts on teachers who assume multiple roles.In their struggle and entanglement,they are thinking about "who has the most priority" in their multiple roles,"being a teacher" and responsibilities first,or "being themselves" first.;The responsibility of“teaching” takes precedence,or the moral responsibility of “parenting” takes precedence and so on.The new era and value background has pushed teachers into a moral dilemma.At the same time,whether in real life or in theoretical research,people pay more attention to their "instrumental value" and "technical development".Its role like a "knowledge imparter" and "skills trainer".Especially at the moment,society's image of teachers' moral role models continues to become excessive and extreme.At the same time,the various incidents of“anomie” of teacher morality frequently reported by the media have made teachers overwhelmed under both physical and mental pressure and lack of action towards teachers.Concern for the human dignity and subject value of "moral subject" and "educator".In view of this,this research aims to analyze the reasons for the plight of teachers' moral development in our country based on the analysis of the current situation of teachers' morality in our country through narrative research,and on this basis to explore the remodeling and reasonable practice of teachers' morality in our country and show the truth of teachers.The moral life dilemma of the teacher,the moral dilemma of the teacher,let the teacher's life meaning be reflected,and be a moral subject with a sense of happiness.This research adopts the research method of narrative research,taking three teachers of G,Z,and L as the research samples.Firstly,it analyzes the reasons and significance of the research on teachers' moral life dilemma,and reviews and reviews the existing literature by reading a large number of literatures.Inspiration.Secondly,explain the theoretical basis and research design related to the study of teachers' moral life,and clarify the research content and research ideas.Thirdly,through narrative research,the story of the plight of elementary school teachers' moral life is explained,and NVivo software is used to explore the different moral dilemmas they face,and the types and content of the plight are summarized.At the same time,the factors that affect elementary school teachers' moral life are analyzed.Finally,based on the survey results,explore suggestions for breaking through the moral dilemma.The study found that in the new era of social transformation,primary and secondary school teachers are trapped by high morality,pan-moralization,information crisis,and professional pressure.There are four types of dilemmas: role dilemma,demand dilemma,interest dilemma,and rule dilemma;The three teachers' moral life dilemmas show heterogeneity,which is mainly reflected in the different types of teacher's dilemmas under the influence of different school cultures.The performance of teachers' moral dilemmas is different in different teaching ages and the degree of dilemma of teachers in different educational regions;social culture,school The field and the teacher's personal capital have an impact on the plight of teachers' moral life.The specific manifestation is that the high moral cultural tradition and irrational social public opinion contained in the social culture affect the teacher's self-positioning.The school system,home-school communication and peer relationship control and resistance,conflict and balance,entanglement and transformation presented in the school field affect the value judgment of teachers.The degree of accumulation of teachers' personal capital affects their own role positioning,teaching ability and the difficulties brought by professional development.Therefore,in order to better promote elementary school teachers out of the predicament of moral life,society must tolerate teacher groups and recognize that teachers' bottom-line morals and noble morals work together;secondly,relevant systems must advance with the times to achieve the integration of individual teachers' morals and institutional ethics.Complementarity;it is clear that teachers are the dual subjects who undertake obligations and enjoy rights;finally realize teachers' self-return,promote their own professional ability development,get out of difficulties,and discover the meaning of their own life and career.
