Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Rural Teachers' Loss In Remote Mountainous Areas

The success or failure of rural education depends mainly on rural teachers,but in reality,rural schools are faced with serious problems of teacher loss.The problem of the loss of rural teachers not only exacerbated the shortage of teachers in rural schools,brought a heavy blow to the rural compulsory education,hindered the development of rural education,but also affected the process of balanced development of education.It is undoubtedly of practical significance to study the problem of the loss of teachers in rural areas and to seek corresponding countermeasures.This paper takes H city S town center school as the research object,uses case study method,interview method and observation method to study the loss of teachers in S town center school through field investigation,and deeply discusses the reason of teacher loss,See the corresponding problems,in order to curb the loss of teachers,the stability of the teachers,so that the rural areas of education to develop better.This paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter is the introduction,which is divided into six parts: studying the background and significance of the problem of rural teachers' loss,reviewing and combing the literatures at home and abroad,expounding the related concepts and theoretical basis of the loss of teachers in rural areas,and introducing the research ideas With the framework,research methods and interview design.In the second chapter,the author analyzes the current situation of the loss of teachers in the central school,and introduces the general situation and characteristics of the school and teachers in S town center.The third chapter discusses the problems leading to the loss of teachers on the basis of the analysis of the present situation and expounds the adverse effects of the loss of teachers.In the fourth chapter,the author analyzes the causes of teacher loss from the aspects of policy factors,school management factors,social environment factors and individual factors of teachers,and makes use of human resource management theory to explore the causes of teachers' loss.Chapter 5puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the reasons of teachers' loss.These measures include four aspects: improving the policy plan,optimizing the school management,improving the rural environment and strengthening the morality education.
