Minors thin in consciousness of law and the popularization of legal knowledge does not reach the designated position, largely causing minors crime. but minors want to learn the relevant of minors protection laws that feel inadequate, because of dull and hard to understand of laws. In recent years, the virtual reality technology used in the education field, riched and developed the education pattern, what can construct lifelike learning environment, and let learners experience reality. with the situational interacting, learners completed meaningful knowledge and mobilized the constructive enthusiasm of theirself. Therefore, based on constructivism and related theory as a foundation, the author want to study and design a virtual learning environment, what will integrate and reconstruct the reality situational , and provide a meaningful construction learning resources for learners.This study analyzed the background of domestic and foreign research status from subject, and discussed the related theory of virtual learning environment for development support. From the Angle of the teaching design, the author analyzed the prophase survey results, the learners' characteristics, objectives and determination. From the Angle of learn, the author analyzed the overall system designing of the virtual learning environment. So, the author implemented and tried an example, At last, the author evaluated and summarized the problems and the existing defects. This study selected junior high school freshman, the last volume, the specific knowledge, "Be a man who knows, abides and uses the law" as a case, and integrated use virtools, 3DS Max, Poser software technologies to construct a virtual learning environment that achieve the prevention effect, what make a dull legal knowledge into simple interactive animation, and make learners learning in relaxed and pleasant atmosphere. In junior middle school thought moral character education, if we use more examples things around students as example, situation reappear and make students participating in the teaching. The factual and useful situation stimulate their interest in learning, which affect their ability to distinguish between right and wrong, and learn the methods and measures for protection, reaching the prevent effect. This study aim to make some valuable exploration in junior middle school thought moral curriculum teaching methods.
