Classroom management is an important part of"leading-explaining-evaluating"teaching practice. It is a good way to improve students'responsibility, lifelong learning ability and teaching efficiency. In this paper, fist I will talk about the basic theories of classroom management's influence to teaching method of"leading-explaining-evaluating"teaching practice. According to the classroom management requirement to"leading-explaining-evaluating teaching", I use many ways, such as classroom observation, communication with other teachers, to build some classroom management pattern, such as classroom environment planning, classroom regulation management, homework management, group work management, lead-explain-evaluate management. And I also make feasible proposals to the management for the general educational workers. |
