In China’s current education, school education is the main places, classroom teaching isthe basic way of school education, classroom teaching effectiveness is a measure of theclassroom instruction important standard. The effect of classroom teaching is good orbad, depends on the teachers’ leading role. How to play the leading role of teachers,which is the hot issue of modern teaching. So in the classroom teaching, teachers’leading role should also is a problem that is worth to discuss. This paper aims to givethe classroom teaching teachers to provide a reference to teachers playing a leading rolemethod, let teachers system realize modern teaching method; firm teacher-led,student-centered teaching beliefs.By the further study of playing the leading role of teachers in high school physicsclassroom teaching, this paper mainly discusses the implementation strategy of theteachers’ leading role,:1to complete five tasks;2to complete tasks at the same timealso reflecting three principles and doing a good job in five areas. This paper used thevalidation method of the classroom teaching method of comparison. I taught two classes,one class is used to play the leading role of teachers in the teaching mode, another classused the traditional way of teaching. The experimental results of the analysis is throughthe questionnaire survey, and comparing physical examination results at the end of themiddle period. This verification method validated classroom teaching effect andeffectiveness by teachers playing a leading role.This paper put forward the equality, respect, a plurality of such relations, which areclosely related to the new curriculum reform between the students, also, put thestudents’ learning interest and ability of study in the important aspect. Doing soincreases the students’ interest in learning physics, takes the initiative to explore theculture, knowledge acquisition, and promotes students’ learning ability. Thanks to theteachers’ leading role, the effect of this kind of classroom teaching is obvious. |
