The evaluation from teachers can have a significant impact on student’s mental well-being, even if it just a careless talking. Because the evaluation from teachers, in student’s mind, is always the most influential opinion for them. Evaluation means teacher’s reactions and feedback for the student’s answers. Geography teachers’ classroom evaluation is to point to the process of geography teaching, teacher evaluate the answer of the student through language or nonverbal. It’s a important part in the process of classroom teaching, and the evaluation should be definite and effective. It is not only a kind of teaching behavior, but also a kind of important teaching "dialogue".A positive way of evaluating can attracts student’s attention and bets them to think, and not only effective evaluating can stimulate students’ thirst for knowledge in class, but also fully mobilize students’ to think actively and enhance students’ learning motivation, and create a positive classroom atmosphere. Such a move is primarily for students in the heart of activity changes and influence the increase of self-efficacy.Effective evaluations can be concluded as four different types:(1)encouraging feedback, which can be verbal or nonverbal praise;(2)developmental feedback, which include raise a question, ask in reply and other different way to enlighten students’ thought.(3) diagnostic feedback, to judge students’ answer by yes–no answer.(4) reorganized feedback, which include reorganize answer or summary answer.Based on the theory of multiple intelligences theory, self-efficacy and emotion teaching theory basis for writing, mainly from the research background, the classroom evaluation situation analysis, and effectively manage the influence factors of a class a strategy, as well as research methods to explore the a high school geography class. Analysis of the current situation of high school geography teachers manage a classroom, explore the scientific and effective manage a classroom strategies: teachers should attach importance to manage a from consciousness, completes the preset, from the perspective of the development of the students choose the right answer way, seize the opportunity, improve the effectiveness of a classroom.To manage a link of the interaction between teachers and students effectively applied to the high school geography teaching practice, not only can encourage students to think independently, to stimulate students’ learning enthusiasm, strengthen students’ learning self-confidence, also can cultivate the students in the learning process set up the correct values of emotional attitude.
