School management is an important part of education management,includes teaching management,administrative management,student management and many other aspects.Observation and commentary on the class is one of the most effective ways and means to improve the quality of teaching,it has always been an important aspect of school teaching management.In the context of the current implementation of the new curriculum,the functions of observing and evaluating class are more abundant.It not only assumes the traditional task of monitoring teaching quality,but also plays the role of transmitting new curriculum concepts,sharing new curriculum reform experiences,and promoting the sustainable development of teachers' professionalism.We take listening lesson activities as the research object by analyzing and sorting out the types and models of observing and evaluating class of internal and abroad.With the methods of literature research,questionnaire survey and interviews to closely focus on the management of school teaching and aim at the subject awareness.Research on several aspects such as evaluation content,evaluation system,and evaluation system was found that there are blindness in the current primary school evaluation activities such as subject participation,“teaching” of the orientation,ack of sufficient evaluation,and rethink of the teaching after class.Also,based on the teachers' professional development,the theory of teacher self-examination,teachers' evaluation literacy and the actual situation of the current schools' class evaluation activities,the school system,class observation,class evaluation standard and the rethink after class get theoretical basis and practical guidance for the managers during the actual activities of the class evaluation.
