The Study Of The Way Of Cultivating Mongolian College Students' Professional Dedication

Dedication is the traditional virtue of the Chinese nation. It is also the foundation and guarantee to the academic and career success of aspirants. The cultivation of the college students'professional dedication is an important content of college ideological education work. At present, some Mongolian college students have a quite serious declining phenomenon in employment consciousness and employment orientation. Therefore, the cultivation of Mongolian college students'professional dedication is helpful to promote the all-round development of their body and mind; it is also helpful for them to cultivate college students'good professional moral quality in learning life and thus can lay talents foundation of realizing the Chinese dream.Through the social investigation of Mongolian college students, the author analyzes and summarizes the basic theory and characteristics of Mongolian college students'professional dedication, the content of developing Mongolian college students' professional dedication, some problems in the process of cultivation and the reason of missing professional dedication. Then, the author made a further research about the training of Mongolian college students'professional dedication.
