| Justice is one of the most focus questions now. The structure of interpersonal association of has been changed a lot by changing of forces and relations of production since reform and opening-up of China. The structure of differential mode of association gives way to Group pattern little by little which alter the subject terms of China moral education from "charity" to "justice" nowadays.Justice is a real and reasonable moral judgment and the value selection and it is to be self-identified and understood by the whole members of the society for the real reasonable judgment and selection. Justice fully reflects the rationality of human society. Justice is relative concept refering to moral judgment and value selection. The idea of justice is related to the consciousness of rule for people, the judgment of right and wrong,the definition of responsibility, the punishment of the fault etc in everyday interpersonal communication.On the ideas of justice of children and adolescents, Piaget and his assistants studied the responsibility of children committed acts, punishment of children committed acts, the responsibility of the collective behavior, immanent justice, children exchange conflicts, the requirements of the authority and other issues. Subsequently, Kohlberg and his colleagues did a great deal of researchs on the " justice judgment", he considered the principle of justice as the highest moral principle. Gilligan discussed the caring orientation which is different from the justice orientation. Turiel turned to Piaget's theory, found the foundation of the field theory,and established the approximate model of field theory. In1983, Rest, student of Kohlberg, is the representative figure of The Ethic Development Research Center in University of Minnesota. He proposed the Four Component Model and established the core position of moral sensitivity. In1995, Schmitt proposed the concept of justice sensitivity. And in2010, he correctted the structure of justice sensitivity again and thought that the structure of justice sensitivity is containing Jsvictim, Jsobserver, Jsperpetrator and Jsbeneficiary. Cross-cultural psychologists believed that moral ideas are internal standards which the people use to judge themselves and their behavior good or bad. These standards are largely formed by the social and cultural, having strong culture characteristics. From1985, Chinese scholars had done a large number of empirical studies on the ideas of justice of minority children, the concept of punishment, public-private concept, responsibility and moral judgment development. They achieved a lot of fruitful results. All of these studies has laid a rich theoretical basis for my reserch.In this study, participant observation and fieldwork are my main research methods. I refered from Piaget's research on childrens'ideas of justice, used nine well-designed stories as my research tool. Using these stories, I talked with105children who were7years old,9years old and13years old about "the retributive justice"/"punishing all or none "/"punishing as a preventive measure "/"immanent justice"/"distributive justice"/"equality and authority"/"private punishment"/"justice between the children companion"/"justice between young and old". According to the reasons for judgment of the children, I made a scientific analysis and a in-depth discussion to reveal the status and rules of the ideas of justice development about Han and Dai primary and secondary students.In this paper, with the result of the study I propose some suggestions in developing the ideas of justice of the children in Dai and Han people from three aspects involving parents, teachers and students. On the basis, it may offer some available references for the justice development of the children and the youth all over China. |
