The Study Of Vocational Education Mode Of Cooperation Between School And Enterprise

At present, the shortage of enterprise labor has become a hot social concernphenomenon, but the college students' employment situation is still serious."Laborshortage" and "the difficult employment" exist at the same time; it is essentially theproblem of talent structure and industrial structure. The overall goal of highervocational education is to cultivate the first line skilled personnel for the production,operation, management and services, train them to meet the requirements of China'ssocialist modernization and master the necessary basic theory and specializedknowledge of the profession, so as to engage in the actual work of the professionalcomprehensive vocational ability. The cooperation between Higher Vocational Collegesand enterprises not only embodies the vocational education is most closely witheconomic and social, the industries and enterprises, integrates enterprise resources andthe school resources, allows enterprises to participate in the school personnel trainingprograms and process, to reform and innovation of the current vocational educationmode, teaching mode, training mode and evaluation mode and cultivate students' abilityto adapt to future work and job skills,achieves the transition from students to staff, butalso brings into vocational education into the country's economic social developmentand industrial development planning, promotes the development of vocational education,and enhances national competitiveness.This paper defines the related concept of the cooperation between HigherVocational Colleges and enterprises, discusses the based theory, summarizes thesignificance, and describes the main types at home and abroad.In order to understand the current situation of the cooperation between HigherVocational Colleges and enterprises, be fully aware of the problems, this paper selectssome vocational colleges and enterprises to carry on the questionnaire survey, the authoralso visited some higher vocational colleges in Wuhan in order to obtain broaderauthentic first-hand information. Based on the data analysis and research, this papertries to find out the current problems and shortcomings in the cooperation betweenHigher Vocational Colleges and enterprises.This study hope to provide some beneficial references for the governmenteducation administrative department, the higher vocational colleges, enterprises, and soon, and help promote the work of the cooperation between Higher Vocational Collegesand enterprise.
