At present,China's manufacturing industry has reached a "critical juncture" "with transformation and upgrading.The training of technical talents appropriate for the development of modern economic society has been the strategic measure for China to boost its manufacturing productivity,and realize the grand blueprint of "China made 2025".School-enterprise cooperation serves as an important carrier to promote the construction of modern vocational education system,systematically cultivate technical talents,and improve the diversified development channels of vocational talents.It is also a powerful force to boost the transformation of economic development mode,improve the accumulation and innovation of technical skills,and simultaneously promote the development of vocational education and economic society.School-enterprise cooperation is a proven way for the improvement of personnel training quality in vocational colleges.Currently,school-enterprise cooperation is widely promoted in China's vocational education.However,its running is superficial and has poor economic profits due to the lack of appropriate and effective patterns.Therefore,it needs to explore the best mode for school-enterprise cooperation appropriate for China's vocational education,thus promoting the healthy and excellent development of China's vocational education.In order to learn about the situation of school-enterprise cooperation in vocational colleges,we conduct an investigation in Human Network Engineering Vocational College,and summarize its main modes,including order class,titling class,integration of point and sphere and seamless connection of teaching and learning,as well as building corporate institute by joint effort of school and enterprises.Through the field interviews and questionnaires targeted at teachers and students in this school,the paper analyzes the shortcomings of school-enterprise cooperation model in this school.Firstly,single mode or multi-term cooperation mode is the focus,but lacks of comprehensive mode.Second,too much attention is paid to the establishment of an active school mode,but is short of school-enterprise mutual interdependence.Thirdly,school-enterprise cooperation model is usually in lower level,and profound level cooperation is rarely seen.Based on the theories of resource dependence and human capital,this paper deals with the successful experiences of Germany,Australia and Japan,and puts forward that vocational school should set up their goals of cooperation,establish a benefit-driven mechanism for win-win development,strengthen the construction of professional groups,build school-enterprise cooperation platform,set up teaching management organization for school-enterprise cooperation,improve the efficiency of personnel training in school-enterprise cooperation.In comparison,enterprises should focus on the spillover effect of school-enterprise cooperation,to stimulate the intrinsic vitality in participating in vocational education.As for the government,it needs to improve relevant laws and regulations for school-enterprise cooperation,and provide policy support,play the role of macro-control,and establish supportive incentive system.
