The happiness of the teachers is not only their own need, the students'need, but also the needs of education. To keep the national economic developing fast and steady, maintain the regional economic balance and coordination, reflect the social fairness and justice, narrow the gap between urban and rural areas, so that the rural development will arise, then education, in this process, it need teachers. So, behind the background of new curriculum reform, paying attention to the countryside junior middle school teachers' work present status and the quality of life, paying attention to the countryside junior middle school teacher's spiritual life and mental feeling, to study the countryside junior middle school teacher's happiness experience is particularly urgent and important.In the basic of related concepts,theory and significance, through the self-made questionnaire, this research choose ShiQuanXian ankangshi in shaanxi province, as questionnaire place, using the method of literature and questionnaire investigation method, surveying this countryside junior middle school teachers' work, life status, based on this questionnaire survey, the level of the countryside junior middle school teachers' happiness in the present situation, and then, we study and analysis the factors of the countryside junior middle school teacher'happiness, and further, how to make the countryside junior middle school teachers have higher happiness.Through the questionnaire survey, the happiness of the countryside junior middle school teachers in the present situation is:the level of the countryside junior middle school teacher'happiness is in general good state; In the gender difference, female teachers is happier than male teachers in general; In the age, teaching age difference, with the increase of age and teaching age, the teacher' happiness will be more and more high, and the passion to their business will be more and more strong; In the grade difference, it will not produce very significant interference and influence in the teacher's happiness level; In teaching subjects, the happiness of so-called minor course teachers such as physics teachers is much higher than the happiness of so-called major subjects such as chinese teachers.This study through the investigation, research and analysis, affecting the factors of the countryside junior middle school teachers'happiness,they are:social and occupational factors such as the teacher's professional social status, occupation income, social atmosphere, job burnout and pressure;the interpersonal relationship factors such as family relations, work relations, the relationship between teachers and students; the teachers own factors such as teachers'health, the view of teachers about the professional and the course.In the background of the new curriculum reform, the measures of improving the countryside junior middle school teacher' happiness are:from the teachers own perspective, teachers should change their own idea, setting up the right career values; To strengthen their own knowledge of study, improving professional ability; Strengthen their own control ability, improving psychological quality; From the point of the school perspective, the school should create a new curriculum reform for the class, through strengthening the teacher to the new curriculum reform identities to improve the teachers' identities of happiness; create opportunities for the development of teachers' professional, improving teachers' ability to the new curriculum reform and the teacher's ability to deal with happiness; schools should perfect the relevant system construction, such as employment system, evaluation system, prevention and care measures; schools should strengthen the organization management, handle the relationship between teachers and school leaders, teachers and colleagues, between the teachers and the students, students and students; from the point of the society perspective, the society should change the idea, and give the teachers reasonable expectation; raising the income level, to create good atmosphere for economic; constructing the harmonious society, to build good atmosphere for interpersonal relationship; ensure the teacher' happiness, to perfect good atmosphere for the system of culture.
