The author studies the teacher's personal practical knowledge (TPPK) and its generation process, problems in teacher's personal practical knowledge, the factors that affect optimization of teacher's personal practical knowledge, in an attempt to provide a reference for teachers to optimize their personal practical knowledge. The study will deepen the theory of teacher's personal practical knowledge, and benefit the management of teacher's personal practical knowledge.The thesis focuses on the optimization of the teacher's personal practical knowledge, emphasizing the "personal". The author's procedure in exploring the problem is, defines the core conception, looks for theories to sustain optimization of teacher's personal practical knowledge, enter the study scene and collect single-handed data, shows and analyses teacher's personal practical knowledge(the generation process,the problem, and the influencing factors of optimizing teacher's personal practical knowledge), summarizes enlightenment and raises suggestion to optimizing teacher's personal practical knowledge.The author define teacher's personal practical knowledge as a special kind of knowledge has a certain universality of the personal beliefs of the body, is a holistic knowledge about education and teaching practice; is a kind of teacher's knowledge based on teacher's experience and content knowledge, as to some teacher's ability practice tools, to practice and reflection generation of teacher's subject in special situations, has been internalized, rising to the universal extent of the degree of automation, can be statements (which can explain in words) and popularize, but generally in low degree.The author selected teachers at a teaching area of C District in Xi'an city to carry out case studies and narrative inquiry. The thesis intercepts fragments of three teachers' personal practical knowledge, presents and analyses problems in teacher's personal practical knowledge, the teacher's personal practical knowledge and its generation process, the factors that affect optimization of teacher's personal practical knowledge, in an attempt to provide a reference for teachers to optimize their personal practical knowledge.The author divides problems of practical knowledge into three types:(1) the true situation of improper reflection generated practical knowledge;(2) the correct reflection of a wrong practice scenario generation practical knowledge;(3) Observed in the confusion of thinking to the incoherence and confusion, and generate a chaotic and confused practical knowledge.The author hold that "Optimization" used in this paper is a specific vocabulary and an ambiguous word, and said that certain aspects of the development process, as a verb refers to the continuous improvement, to become a better meaning, no end; as an adjective, means have become more excellent, good. Always in the pursuit of knowledge of the inner beauty,"optimized" teacher's personal practical knowledge is the beautification of the teacher's personal practical knowledge. Optimization of the teacher's personal practical knowledge is relative and ambiguous gradation, its ultimate pursuit is always to be the perfect teacher's personal practical knowledge, which can only exist in the logic and words. Optimization of another kind of performance is the sublimation levels of teacher's personal practical knowledge, which is not beyond perfect, but a new start after a limit, a practical knowledge of the transformation of a widening range of practice involving or diversion. If you said to optimize the level of practical knowledge often make teachers' law-abiding, and the job done, then the sublimation level practical knowledge will often surprise, reflecting the searing wisdom.After micro-analysis, the author found that the influencing factors to optimize teacher's personal practical knowledge include at least the breadth and depth of teacher knowledge, teacher personality emotional state, teachers in the main frame of mind and personal philosophy, teacher reflection, teachers' grasp of the situation, and teachers ability to act. Given this, it is recommended that to optimize the personal practical knowledge should proceed from the following: to optimize their knowledge structure, adjustment of character emotions, sharpen the mind cultivation, development of personal philosophy, to enhance the ability to reflect, to grasp the transformation of situations, training skills.
