With the advent of the information age, as well as the new round elementary education curriculum reforms thoroughly unceasingly, people increasingly higher demands on information technology education. As a basic subjects of universal information education-information technology course, become the focus of widespread concern, especially related to student growth and success of the senior high school stage IT education. Facing the new round elementary education curriculum reforms to raises the many aspect new requests which the training target, the curriculum content, the curriculum structure and so on, Facing the new requests on personnel training in the information age, the senior High school IT teachers should based on classroom teaching, dares more to explore, dares more to innovate, efforts to improve their professional level and professional qualities, pay more attention to their instructional design capabilities. Therefore, Research on IT-based instructional design competencies of the senior high school teachers topic will have a certain amount of theoretical and practical significance on the development of the high school IT subjects as well as the subject of teachers'professional development.Therefore, in this paper, on the basis of the status research on the teachers' instructional design competencies, combining with the IT course characteristics in senior high school which under the backgound of the new round elementary education curriculum reforms, Through the survey of the IT-teachers basic profiles and instructional design competencies in senior high school, and attempt to explore effective measures to improve the senior high school IT teachers'instructional design competencies, in order to provide some possible direction of methods and theories which ean be improve the IT-based instructional design competencies of the senior high school teachers.In this paper, literature analysis, questionnaire survey, classroom observation as well as interview research methods are mainly used, in the background of new round elementary education curriculum reforms, and take several senior high school's IT teacher and student in JingYang county as investigation object, surveyed the IT teachers basic profiles and instructional design competencies in senior high school.The paper contains five chapters: Chapter one, mainly introduces the topic baekground, the sense and purpose of the research, the status of the research as well as methods and feasibility of the research;Chapter two, the theoretical basis of the IT teachers'instructional design competencies in senior high school.(This paper has summaried the subject characteristics, the course objectives, standards and its structure as well as the IT teachers' instructional design competencies constitution under the backgound of the senior high school IT curriculum reform.)Chapter three, the status survey on IT-based instructional design competencies of the senior high school teachers;(Has surveyed the Sex and age, teaching senority and title, specialized background, specialized study and training as well as daily work load, and also surveyed the ability of analyze learner characteristics, identify teaching content,develop teaching objectives,manage and control classes,select teaching methods and strategies, application of information technology as well as make teaching evaluation and reflection.)Chapter four, explore effective measures to improve the senior high school IT teachers'instructional design competencies;(Summary of the professional knowledge, instructional design skills, the way of the teacher prepare lesson,daily work load as well as teaching management system and so on.)Chapter five, rethinking of the IT teachers instructional praetice, and has summarized advantages and disadvantages in this paper, it is also making some furture suggestions on this paper.
