In 2014,the Ministry of Education proposed to organize a system to study the development of key competencies of Chinese students in each segment.It will be refined into various disciplines,and then implemented in classroom teaching so as to implement the fundamental tasks of Lideshuren.In 2016,the key competencies system for the development of Chinese students was released.In 2017,the new curriculum standards clearly put forward the connotation of the key competencies of chemistry.Enhancing students' the key competencies in the discipline of chemistry is conducive to the improvement of students' personal abilities.It is conducive to meeting the needs of the nation in the 21 st century and is conducive to the overall development of students' overall quality.Combining the literature,the analysis sums up the key competencies and the key competencies concept of the discipline,its composition,and its cultivation approach.Taking full account of the characteristics of students,taking theoretical research as a guide,and practical research as a method,in the context of key competencies,specific teaching content is used in high school chemistry teaching design research.In the context of core qualities,teachers should pay attention to the value of learning in teaching;focus on core knowledge as a guide in the nature of the discipline and core ideas;focus on inquiry activities,develop students' awareness of innovation,and improve scientific inquiry capabilities;pay attention to enhancing students' self-learning ability and The ability to innovate to explore how to develop student core literacy.Corresponding to this,students adopt self-directed learning to develop students' self-learning ability;cooperative inquiry-based learning develops students' scientific inquiry and communication and cooperation skills;they are good at analogy and induction,and focus on theoretical guidance to develop students' key competencies.Under the guidance of constructivism,meaningful learning,lifelong learning,and humanism,from a practical point of view,measures such as creating chemical scenarios,designing chemical issues,and enriching classroom activities based on the key competencies of chemistry disciplines,through two specific instructional designs,how to implement the key competencies of chemistry in the teaching of elemental compounds,and then develop and train students' core qualities,and in the Jiaozuo City No.1 High School to start practical research,through classroom observation and analysis of teaching effectiveness,comparing theexperimental class and the control class performance changes.The results show:(1)The key competencies instructional design is effective.After one semester of teaching practice,there was a significant difference in the chemistry scores of the experimental class and the control class.The experimental class based on core literacy teaching had a significantly higher score than the ordinary teaching class,and the degree of dispersion of experimental class students was less than the control class.(2)The final grade of students in the experimental class is higher than that of the mid-term exam.This shows that the cultivation of key competencies is a long-term process,and the longer the student is based on key competencies education,the greater the benefit.(3)The use of key competencies instructional design in teaching is conducive to cultivating students' the key competencies of chemistry discipline.With the passage of time,students in the experimental class are more interested in chemistry learning,classroom atmosphere,work completion quality,answering questions,and ability to solve problems than the control class.
