For a long time, the study on reading and writing is an important topic on the field of Chinese and Western language. Reading literacy is the foundation for all disciplines studies. Read literacy is an important ability that young students must have. Firstly, read-write combination literacy is being put forward by OECD. Its'aim is to evaluate students'reading literacy, which is study hot in many countries. By comparison, there are lesser studies on read-writing for the past few years. Read-write combination is always questioned and ignored. Someone thinks that read-write combination is just taking textbooks as writing samples, as the object that imitated, the results from read-write combination are lack of digital proof, etc. However, whether looking from the tradition and features of native language teach, or looking from times development and teaching needs, read-write combination is a must. Read-write combination, is start form the content of article, making reading, writing and thinking together, by the model of reading drive writing, writing drive reading, making students'thinking receive development, ability receive improve. Now, the assessment item which is organized by OECD, its aim at assesses students'reading literacy, which is many countries hot study. Recently, we are lack of special PISA on read-write combination and its'evaluation standard. Also sixth grade students are on the way to be a youth. So it is very useful to drawn up questionnaires for measuring sixth grade students'read-write combination literacy, even better for training sixth grade students'read-write combination literacy offer valuable empirical evidence and theoretical guidance.In this study, on the foundation of summary of the literature, by three specific studies, aim at drawn up questionnaires for measuring sixth grade students'read-write combination literacy, aim at exploring the relationship between reading and writing combination and reading and writing combination which are divided, and from demographics variables to analyze the features of sixth grade students'read-write combination literacy. The results are as follows:(1) Drawn up questionnaires by myself for measuring sixth grade students' read-write combination literacy, which has better reliability and validity, has three dimensions, which are extracting information, explain information, reflection and evaluation.(2) In general, sixth grade students'reading literacy is better.(3) The relationship between reading and writing combination and reading and writing combination which are divided is mutual:the students'writing scores on the mode of reading and writing combination is higher to the students' writing scores on the mode of reading and writing combination which are divided.
