Reading literacy is an important part of PISA(Program for International Student Assessment).From the perspective of economic and cultural development,PISA breaks through the traditional concept of reading and interprets "literacy" as students’ abilities to use the knowledge and skills they have learned to analyze,reason and communicate effectively when encountering difficulties in various situations,and enriched the meaning of reading literacy,that reading literacy refers to students’ abilities to understand,use,reflect on and use textual materials in order to achieve specific goals,increase knowledge,develop their potentials and participate in social life.By tests,PISA try to check whether students have acquired the ability to effectively communicate,analyze and reason,so as to develop their abilities to adapt to life and lifelong learning.However,the PISA test is mainly about 15-year-old students,who are receiving school education and equivalent to the ninth grade of compulsory education in our country.This study taking into account the sixth grade students are going to enter higher schools,their learning and living environment will occur very Great change as well,besides,reading ability in primary school is the basis for cultivating students’ lifelong learning ability,while sixth grade students are relatively stable in terms of mental maturity and reading ability development.Focuses on the reading ability of high school students in primary school,by integrating PISA reading literacy into primary school reading teaching,based on the perspective of PISA reading literacy,and combined with the situation of primary reading teaching in our country,this study first sort out the existing research results,fully grasp the development history and current situation of PISA reading literacy and primary school language reading ability.Secondly,combined with the reading ability of PISA and the reading teaching research in our country,we construct the reading ability training frame of this study.Third,through questionnaires,ability tests,teacher-student interviews,and classroom observations,we can understand the students’ reading situation and reading ability development level,and analyze the learning engagement of students with different levels of reading.Fourth,according to the results of the investigation and analysis,combined with the PISA reading literacy,we can explore effective measures to train pupils’ reading ability from three aspects:the attitudes of teachers towards students,the teaching strategies of reading,and the construction of reading environment.
