The Research On The Farmers' Education Supply And Its Model In Fujian

Pay attention to farmers' education, enhance farmers education supply,promote farmers quality, which is efficacious solution to the issues"agriculture, the countryside and farmers". This study based on Fujianprovince, learning farmers' education supply practice from Abroad developedcountries, and summarizes the distinctive North American mode, WesternEurope mode, East Asian mode,and using western economics to publicproducts supply and its model of theoretical knowledge,to establish farmerseducation supply model of Fujian characteristic. The research content mainlyincludes: the main mode of farmers' education in the foreign country,investigate and analysis the present supply of farmers' education in Fujianprovince, establish farmers' education supply model of Fujian characteristic,etc.The study selected investigation and interview methods, conducted arandom sampling survey in nine cities part of the towns and rural areas,distributing1100copies of the questionnaire.901of them were collected and721of them were valid. The results of the survey indicates:(1) It'sdeficiencies for the social from all walks of life to know about farmers'education obviously;(2) Emerge the government supply is given priority tofarmers' education supply;(3)The main factors of farmers' education supplyis the characteristics of the main demand;(4)Farmers needs on educationsupply specific has diversified;(5) It's not balance on farmers' educationsupply in Coastal and mountainous areas;(6)The satisfaction to education andtraining activities is low. The main reasons of these questions are that,farmers' education laws and regulations system is not perfect, thegovernment's leading role is not full play, farmers' education in short supplyand unbalanced, the funds of farmers' education is scarce, economic development in Fujian province is less developed and unbalanced.Based on Farmers' education supply situation in Fujian province, under theguidance of the principle of farmers' education supply model, the author try toestablish farmers' education supply model, including (1) To inlandmountains for object, the government as the main body for farmers' educationsupply model, which is suitable for less developing inland mountains,Sanming, Ningde, Longyan, Nanping;(2) To inland ocean for object, theagricultural enterprise primarily of farmers' education supply model, which issuitable for agribusiness developed areas, Zhangzhou, Fuzhou, Xiamen,Putian;(3)The concentration of Overseas Chinese and Taiwan compatriotsareas, individual and agricultural colleges of farmers' education supply model;which is suitable for our Taiwan compatriots concentrated area andagricultural colleges developed areas, for example, Fuzhou, Gutian and thesouth region of Fujian;(4) Multiple subjects joint of farmers' educationsupply model,With the development of society and the improvement of thefarmers' education supply, this model will become an inevitable trend.
