Embedding Trust:Research On The Construction Of Medical Social Work Service Mechanism

In the initial stage of professionalization of medical social work in China,it is crucial for social work to establish a full relationship of trust with hospitals.Although medical social work has made great progress in some developed areas,the lack of trust is still an important challenge for the development of medical social work in China,among which the trust embedded in the object(medical staff,administrative staff,patients)has a decisive impact on the embedded subject(social work).Based on this,in order to seek the professional development of medical social work in the hospital field and obtain professional trust embedded in the object,it is necessary to give play to the professional value and role of social work,and combine the trust of the linkage relationship with the trust of the system.From the perspective of embedding trust relationship,this paper analyzes the construction process of medical social work service mechanism.Case studies were used for in-depth analysis and reflection,and observation methods and semi-structured interview methods were used to collect data.For the selection of interviewers,this article is based on three target groups,namely medical staff,patients and medical social work department to conduct interviews.Based on the development mode of social work in N Hospital,a comprehensive study of the entire action mechanism embedded in trust is carried out using qualitative research.The study found that embedding trust relationships helps social work to survive and develop,establish an overall service framework,enrich the content of embedding theory and trust theory,and help the professional development of social work.At present,N Hospital is facing several dilemmas,first of all,patients have doubts about social work,medical staff do not trust social work,and administrative staff ignore social work.The root cause is the tension generated by medical hegemonism,the "assimilation" of medical utilitarianism and the limitation of insufficient professional ability.In order to obtain the trust embedded in the object in the hospital field,social workers take four levels of action strategies,embedding cognitive trust,relationship trust,structural trust and environmental trust,by clarifying the logical relationship generated by trust,from three connotations: relationality-temporality-binding force,the formation process of trust: interaction-relationship-trust,expounding and explaining the trust relationship of social work,and digging deep into the deep mechanism of authoritative trust and two-way questioning.With the integration of "system" as the guarantee,establish a professional trust relationship.Aim for "service" integration to improve the transfer of information between social workers,medical staff and patients.Take the method of "embedding trust" to improve the social function of patients.In the process of service research,the method of embedding trust is used to give full play to theoretical advantages.In addition to giving full play to its professional advantages and significance,social work should also avoid embedding alienation,do not blindly pursue professional authority and professional status,and ignore the value and meaning of medical social work itself.
