As the research group, the scientific research innovation team of localcolleges and universities has both Disciplinary and Personnel advantages.They have become the backbone of China's scientific research and implyinfinite power, whether from the national research platform construction oruniversities of their own development.This article analyzes the nature, characteristics, present situation, theformation of the elements and motivation of the local team of universityresearch and innovation in deep, trying to change the perspective to study thelocal university scientific research innovation team. The paper based on thetheory of self-organization in the demonstration Scientific Research InnovationTeam to maintain and increase the team's openness to ensure local universityresearch and innovation team to obtain the necessary material, energy andinformation, far from equilibrium to ensure that elements of local universityresearch and innovation within the team nonlinear relationship, make a correctview of the fluctuations, to introduction the negative entropy to inhibit thepositive entropy purposefully, constantly realize the maximization of negativeentropy, and ultimately achieved the purpose of the higher level of teamself-organized. The paper combines the instance of a local university researchand innovation team, make a vivid analysis of the self-organizing evolutionarytracks and the relationship between various factors in the process of theevolution, and finally put forward the evolution strategy in different life stages.Through the study of local university research and innovation teamself-organizing evolutionary process, the article analyzes the key factor in thedevelopment of university research and innovation team in differentevolutionary stages, raises a few strategies like implement the necessaryincentives through the rational allocation of material resources, pay more attention on the team members' psychology contract, construct the rationalmanagement system, guide on the system of laws and regulations, strengthenthe team on culture and the construction. So that we can improve the scientificresearch innovation team of local colleges and universities, and achieve theSimultaneous development with the local colleges and universities.
