At present,university innovative research team has been an importantcarrier of science and technology development and personnel training inchina.however,the role of innovative research team didn’t really play from theviews of its current development situation.most university just organize suchresearch teams in form,and too much research task only depends on a few keyteam members.the team is short of cohesive force between the members and theteam does not reveal the resultant force.as to this phenomenon,there are thefollowing reasons.first,innovative research team is still in the development stageof exploration and it lacks mature management theory and model.second,thereare a few successful innovative research cases among Chinese universities for usto draw lessons form them owing to different regions,different fields,policy andso on.With the snowballing development of science,the human scientificinnovation ability is being increasingly strengthened.the fist step forward madein complicated scientific research,indicating the elevation of human cognitionfrom linear field to non-linear field,is a great stride in the history of humanccognition.the newly unveiled truth,traits,and rules originating fromcomplicated scientific research steer human thinking to a fundamental transferfrom being linear to the contrary.the ignorance of the congenital,complexconnection amongst objects as a result of the linear thinking leads to the lack ofprofound and scientific knowledge in the multivariate of and in the complicatedcausality amongst the structure of stuff,rules and regulation,scientific researchfruits and so on,due to which only the superficial harmony of the team isemphasized in the team-managing process,running counter to its non-linearnature,and thus team-leaguing becomes trying and annoying.the non-linearthinking,however,is charactered by its systematicness. multi-dimension.integrity, fuzziness,radioactivity.mutability.difference-seeking and ultra-logic,asexplicitly embodied in systematic dialectic thinking,divergent thinking,reversethinking,intuitive thinking and inspirational thinking.by summarizing the problems that emerge in the building of a scientific innovative team inuniversities,this article analyses the ultimate reason of these problems.in theteam-building problems.in the team-building process,the team-leaders,beingunconscious of its non-linear nature,are used to employ linear,rather thannon-linear,thinking,and only try to deal with those problems they tumbleupon,for which the future of the team is plunged into a stalemate.It may be changed rationally if only be understood correctly.in thisthesis,the researcher analyzed the university innovative research team deeplyfrom the perspective of nonlinearity,combining the innovative research team ofmetallurgy and facility departments in taiyuan university of science andtechnology.the researcher found that university innovative research team is acomplex nonlinear system,no matter from the research objects--interdisciplinaryresearch or the organization of team members.consequently,we should organizeand develop innovative research team with the theory of nonlinearity and followsystematic,integrity and multi-dimensionality features of nonlinearity thinking.inthe thesis,the researcher stated that we should pay attention to the threeprinciples at the beginning of the team construction,when we constructinnovative research team.then the research described how to apply them indetail.meanwhile,the research hopes the study can propose a new perspective inthe construction of university innovative research team and promote thedevelopment of research team.
