As a treasure of Chinese culture, traditional Chinese martial arts has always been an important part of education. China in 1961 in the "big country, primary and secondary school PE curriculum" as a martial arts class colleges and universities will be teaching content. Today, the martial arts for most of PE lessons has been an important part of public courses. Teachers as school education, preaching Tuition doubts who the leader of classroom teaching is the teaching of the organizers, can be said that the overall quality of the individual university teachers directly affect the quality of classroom teaching. Therefore, the establishment of a stable and reasonable level of martial arts teachers college, university doing a good job teaching the basic premise of martial arts and an important guarantee. Based on the current situation in Sichuan Wushu survey of teachers from various angles and levels of surveys of teachers in Sichuan Wushu many special status, and analysis of Sichuan Teachers College Martial Arts some existing deficiencies, on the basis in-depth analysis and reflection caused by the underlying causes of these deficiencies and the future development strategy. To better carry out the martial arts in college and the University of Wushu and heritage to further improve our overall quality of teachers to provide reference and rationalization proposals.The use of literature, questionnaire, statistics and other research methods, to 10 colleges and universities in Sichuan Province as the research object, Sichuan Wushu on the status of teachers in a more comprehensive understanding. Through the investigation found: Sichuan Teachers College Wushu is a passion, a vibrant and dynamic younger team. Their attitude towards teaching of Wushu interpersonal, earnest and active, and has good teaching ability and rich teaching methods and experience. But there are also the following issues: the development of Wushu teachers can not meet the growing demand for college students about the needs of martial arts and martial arts culture, martial arts teachers of special educational levels be improved, research and innovation capacity is also low on understanding of traditional Chinese culture is not satisfactory, the school provides opportunities for Wushu, little re-education teachers, school teachers related to the leadership of the martial arts is not enough emphasis on teaching the subject - understanding and interaction between students is not enough and so on. To solve these problems, this paper presents a martial arts teacher in ensuring the quality of martial arts based on the moderate expansion of the number of teachers, serving teachers in need of Wushu martial arts expertise in a variety of ways to enhance the research and learning, and enhance cultural understanding of traditional martial arts, strive to improve their innovation ability, major colleges and universities should do everything we can to re-education through a variety of martial arts special teachers to enhance their level of education to provide more platforms and opportunities, the same time, university teachers should introduce Wushu to improve the academic qualifications requirements.
