With the advance of the educational informatization and the new curriculum revolution at home, people become more and more aware of the important functions of technology in education. However, the promoting effect of the informational technology is far from satisfaction, so it is urgent to explore an effective and easy-to-use combinational model to improve the efficiency of the education informatization for the development of education. Most schools especially in the poor area are lack of funds and the teacher is short of computer technology, which greatly hinders the construction of the curriculum based on informationization. It is critical to choose a free and easy-to-use teaching platform of course design to solve this question. Consequently, Moodle platform gives an important opportunity to solve the problem. Without increasing expenses, Moodle can supply a good platform for the teachers to design the curriculum based on informationization because its low technology can save teachers'a lot of time and energy to spare no effort to study high quality curriculum instead of paying more attention to the technology itself. This paper chooses Moodle to study the curriculum based on informationization as the design platform.This paper gives a detailed study of how to develop informatization course based on Moodle platform theoretically and puts the theory into practice to test the study effect. What'more, it gives references to other subjects to develop the curriculum based on informationization and promotes the educational informatization. The structure of the paper is as following.The first chapter gives introduction to some background, purpose, significance and some relative conceptions of the study and gives a recapitulative description of the present situation at home and abroad, which point out the research direction and aim for the study.The second chapter gives introduction to the relative theory base of on-line course based on Moodle platform and the functions of the Moodle platform. Additionally, it analyzes the guiding meanings of some relative theories to the on-line course design.The third chapter gives introduction to the design steps based on the information of the Moodle platform curriculum and analyzes the relative elements which it will refer to. Then it describes the main structure of the on-line course design.The fourth chapter is a design method of information curriculum for information technology courses relevant teaching contents of information curriculum design in Senior One to design teaching activity by using two kinds of teaching mode and applies it into the teaching practice with the purpose of Verifying the feasibility and practice teaching effect of information curriculum design.The fifth chapter expounds the study result, testifies the feasibility and points out the insufficiency and some suggestions for the further study.
