The rapid development of the network age is affecting the country's political,economic,education and other aspects.For the cultivation of talents,greater attentions are paid to the mastering,creation,and usage of knowledge information.Education informationization is arising.Based on the understanding of concept,background,characteristics,the school-based teaching,and research model is becoming an effective way to promote teachers' professional development.The research models were summarized and analysed,taking CEM research model of a primary school in Beijing as an example,school-based research model with school characteristics and adaptation to the development of times was explored.The dissertationr mainly adopts the literature data method,the research method,and the action research method,and makes a questionnaire to study the CEM teaching and research model of a primary school in Beijing.Based on the survey data and interview survey,the conclusions were as follows: front-line teachers to participate in the collective lesson preparation school-based teaching and research enthusiasm is not high,the main reason there is time difficulties,difficult to support the teaching,assessment difficulties,modify the follow-up slowly,difficult to grasp the textbooks,experts need to leadThus,CEM teaching and research model came into being,the introduction of micro-class,teamwork,expert leadership,highlighting the teaching and research model of relevance and timeliness,to help teachers to study more fully,while reducing the burden on teachers,effectively improve the teaching quality,change the teacher's teaching behavior,teachers for the professional development of new path.CEM teaching and research model,has paid off,system,efficient and orderly conduct of the research process,they collect the micro-class teaching design for all refer to the faculty.The collection obtained the agreement of the school teachers.Aiming at some problems,the future of CEM teaching and research model also need to further strengthen the leadership and coherently and unity of the first-line teachers,from the construction of school management system,ensure the advance and development of the teaching mode,create achievement incentive system,due to the material use for different teachers.
