Higher vocational education is an important component of higher education and provides important human support for regional economic development.The development of higher vocational education must be consistent with the needs of the labor employment market in order to give full play to the greatest role of human resources.Under the background of China's economic transformation and upgrading,Jiangxi's economic development has also entered a new era.Jiangxi provinces labor market has significantly increased the demand for high-quality and skilled personnel.Upgrade and adjustment of industrial structure have also affected the setting of related majors in universities.The labor market is The requirements for talents are changing quietly.The number of skilled talents is required to adapt to the goals of economic and social development.The structure and quality of talents are basically in line with the needs of industry development.The concept and goal of talent cultivation emphasizes more on innovation and autonomy.Therefore,whether or not higher vocational education adapts to the needs of society and the labor market is a meaningful research topic.On the basis of sorting out relevant domestic and foreign literature,this paper starts with the needs of the regional labor market in Jiangxi Province and sorts out the relevant conditions of higher vocational education,starting from three aspects of the scale,structure,and quality of the development of higher vocational education.Adapt to both the labor market,identify problems and make recommendations for improving strategies.Through a series of data comparisons,it is concluded that in terms of the scale of development of higher vocational education in Jiangxi Province,there is insufficient supply of talents in key economic fields,and the achievements in the construction of high-skilled personnel are relatively outstanding;in terms of higher vocational education structure,the structure of higher vocational colleges and the employment of talents in the labor market The flow is not adaptable,the professional structure and industrial structure in higher vocational colleges are not coordinated,some professional settings are unreasonable,and the hierarchical structure of higher vocational education needs to be optimized;the quality of higher vocational education mainly refers to the human and material resources provided by higher vocational colleges in terms of personnel training.The main selection of financial support,the strength of teachers,several indicators of training base as a reference,in terms of quality adaptation,although the income and expenditure of higher vocational education funds is not reasonable,but the ratio of Jiangxi Province,"double-professional" teacher training and the number of training base can basically meet the needs of education and teaching.Finally,some countermeasures are proposed for solve these problems.
