Weak high-schools refer to those high-schools which have poor conditions, facilities, teachers, students, and etc. These negative factors may restrict the development of high-schools. Promoting the weak-high schools is the key to the reform and development of secondary education.Transforming weak-high schools and providing a good education for every student in the compulsory-education schools have become a strong call for students, parents, teachers, and even the whole society, and the top priority of governments at all levels.Based on the experiment of the application of Classification Training and Stratification Teaching of Art and Physical Students in Suining No.7 middle school, this thesis analyses advantages of this school and characteristics of the students, discusses the principles and methods of Classification Training and Stratification Teaching of Art and Physical Students, summarizes experiences and practices of classroom teaching, classroom management and quality assessment which are suitable to students' individual and potential development, rationally reflects these experiences and practices, and clearly points out the problems and confusion faced with this approach. The author argues that the application of Classification Training and Stratification Teaching of Art and Physical Students in Suining No.7 middle school meets the needs of different kinds of students, builds a successful platform for different levels of students, and creates conditions for art and physical students to fully show their expertise. It is a positive exploration of promoting school characteristics based on the students' development requirements and characteristics. How to demonstrate the students' individual characteristics, how to make the students with different talents and strengths get the most in their own development, and ultimately to achieve the comprehensive development of high-profile education reform has always been the core proposition. We have a long way to go in transforming weak high-schools, and we need the whole society to work together.
