Purpose of research:Javelin throwing is a track and field sport that students must master in the general course of track and field.With the change of teaching goals,at present,the number of Javelin throwing classes is shortened to only a dozen hours.It is difficult for students to master Javelin throwing techniques and achieve certain standards in less class hours.Nowadays,most general education courses use traditional teaching methods for Javelin throwing.This teaching method gradually can not adapt to new teaching needs,and it is necessary to improve traditional teaching methods.It is of great significance to explore new teaching methods on the basis of traditional teaching methods.In order to help students to better master Javelin throwing,which is a difficult sports project,within a limited number of teaching hours,this study implements the teaching principles of teaching according to their aptitude and aims at the physical quality of students.The teaching method of classification filling was cited in the teaching classroom of Javelin throwing and the teaching experiment was conducted.The purpose was to verify the feasibility of using the”classification filling"teaching method and whether the teaching effect was improved through the comparative study of the control group and the experimental group.So as to optimize the teaching of Javelin throwing.It is expected to provide a new teaching method for the general teaching of Javelin throwing in track and field,and provide reference and reference for other track and field courses.Research methods:This study uses literature data method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods.From Xi'an Institute of Physical Education undergraduate Javelin throwing class 2016 class 9 classes and 11 classes each randomly selected 20 students as experimental objects,to use the classification to fill the gap teaching for the physical quality of students as the research object.Before the experiment,experts were asked to screen out specific indicators in the physical fitness indicators that determined the performance of Javelin throwing,and the physical fitness indicators selected by experts(speed factor:30m acceleration;Explosive force factor:30s fast,standing long jump;Flexibility factor:holding the straight arm around the shoulder;Coordination factor:one-handed tennis ball,two hands facing solid ball;)The experimental group and the control group were tested.According to the pre-experimental indicator test data,the experimental group used the standard percentage method to formulate a single indicator score table,and the various physical fitness indicators were scored against the score table.The lowest personal score is considered to be his physical quality short board;In order to ensure that the short-board selection is more rigorous,a "Student Body Quality Short Board Self-Evaluation Form"was designed,and the lowest one was classified as a category.According to the literature of experts and scholars on the body quality training of Javelin throwing,based on the characteristics of Javelin throwing,the relevant physical quality training theories,methods,and methods are summarized,and experts are interviewed to arrange the practice methods for improving the body quality of Javelin throwing.Its technical actions and the shape of the practice and the order of the force are similar to the technical actions of the javelin throwing,interspersed into the classroom including the preparation and end of the class and the time to wait for the practice in the basic part.Promote the improvement of students 'physical quality.When the experimental group and the control group conducted the same teaching progress,teaching content,and teaching scene,the same teacher conducted 16 teaching hours.After the experiment,the two groups were respectively tested for physical fitness indicators and technical evaluation standards.And conduct comparative analysis.Results:(1)After the end of the experiment,the test results of the two groups were compared.The analysis results showed that the P value of the javelin was less than 0.05 regardless of the average score of the javelin and the technical evaluation score.There were significant differences between the two groups.The results showed that the students in the experimental group were better than the control group.(2)The comparison of the physical quality indicators of the two groups of experimental subjects before and after the experiment,the difference results showed that the physical quality of the experimental group had a significant improvement in all indicators except the 30m accelerated running index.There was no significant improvement of physical quality index before and after the control group.(3)The physical quality of the two groups of students was compared and analyzed:Before the experiment,there was no significant difference between the various physical quality indicators of the two groups of students;After the experiment,the physical quality index of the students in the experimental group was generally better than that of the control group.After analysis,the following conclusions are mainly drawn:(1)There are significant differences in the impact of classification and teaching methods on the physical quality of students:The results of the indicator tests of the two groups of experimental subjects are analyzed.The physical qualities of the students in the experimental group such as one-handed tennis,30s fastening,two-handed solid ball,straight arm around the shoulder of the stick,and standing long jump were all improved after the experiment,and the test results of the experimental group and the control group were obtained through the T test.There are significant differences in the results.(2)In the course of Javelin teaching,the students 'physical quality "short board"was classified and supplemented.After a certain period of teaching experiments,the experimental group had significant differences in the technical evaluation and standards of Javelin compared with the control group.Compared with the traditional sports teaching method,the classification method can make students achieve good results in technical evaluation and standards.(3)The classification gap teaching method has a good role in promoting the development of students personality.The classification gap teaching method uses the principle of teaching according to their aptitude,and classifies and teaches students with common shortcomings to improve the physical quality of different categories of students.Effective improvement of Javelin technical evaluation and standards,so as to improve Javelin teaching results.
