County high schools refer to those countryside area's high-schools which have poor conditions,facilities,teachers,students and so on.The development of those high schools is influenced by these negative factors.Some schools are hard to manage and its qualities of students come down.Others schools leaders and teachers who are short of good management abilities and professional qualities are poor in education.There is also another school in small school size and weak teaching resources.So promoting the weak-high school and providing a good education for every student in the high-school teaching,which is the key to the reform and development of secondary education,is an unavoidable and ignored problem.As we know,the college entrance examination is the bridge of connecting the secondary education and higher education.Good or bad high-school education may cause different enrollment rates of entering university.This is a problem how to analyze and solve it deeply.Facing the various difficulties and challenges in county high school,it is necessary for us to find out the development road to be suitable to special school education.With the rising development of art examination and special enrollment examination for PE students,art and PE students have become a special group in senior middle school.Because of different enrollment patterns,this kind of students accounts for more and more in the entrance examination of college.Simultaneously,for this kind of students,it is acknowledged that they have a weak basic knowledge and the strong exercise,so their scores of other subjects have been the biggest trouble for the teachers of these subjects.“How difficult to be a headmaster of art and PE class!","It is my top line to hold a better discipline in the class so that students don't make trouble ","I don't want to be a headmaster of the art and PE class any more !”These comments have been the common sense of headmasters among art and PE classes and also represent the situation and ability of the art and PE class management at modern phase.In the process of teaching the art and PE class,these students feature a remarkable personality;the weak basic knowledge and that their control-self ability is worse than students in the ordinary class and even still some students have the emotion of hating-study.In their opinions,the attention of other subjects is always paid less to the specialized course.Only after the end of the art and PE course three months before the entrance examination of college,will they begin to pay more attention to other subjects.Therefore,it is difficult to for teachers to engage in other subjects in the art and PE class.In term of the class management in the art and PE class,most headmasters still take more conservative and autocratic management measures.At the same time,our headmasters don't cooperate well with the teachers of other subjects in the teaching process of these subjects.And the study motion of students in the art and PE class are not stimulated so that they will not be active to the class management.However,these students are characterized to be lovely;strong behaving ability;strong operating ability;full of politeness;full of human kindness;helping with each other;strong collective sense and that they have some special ability in the professional field.Although it is more difficult to teach the art and PE class than the ordinary class,the management of these classes still has a certain improvement space.Based on the experiment of the application of Classification Training and Stratification Teaching of Art and PE students in Fengkai High School,we take the example of the ladder education as teaching model.According to advantages of our school and characters of our students,we discuss the art and PE students by questionnaire and observation method and etc.,which analyzes the present situations of the class management during the development of our high school.And then we summarizes the experiences and practices of classroom teaching and management that are suitable to students' individual and potential development.We try to improve the level of class management in art and PE students of our high school from the class adviser,students and high school.We want to satisfy the needs of different kinds of students and build a successful platform for different levels of students,creating conditions for art and physical students to fully show their expertise.It is a positive exploration of promoting school characteristics based on the students' development requirements and characteristics.How to demonstrate the students' individual characteristics to make the students with different talents and strengths get the most in their own development,which achieves the all-round development of human beings,is always our educational goal.We have a long way to change the poor situation of county high school,and we need the whole society to work together.
