| 《The Outline of the National Medium-long Term Program for Education Reform and Development(2010-2020)》 proposes to promote the diversity of nurturing mode,to meet the growth needs of various potential students,to explore ways of cultivating innovative talents and encourage ordinary high schools to run with feature.As a district high school,Zhoucun Experimental High school in Zibo has poor student quality,large student differences and urgent student development needs.This study tries to investigate the selection、management、 professional and culture teaching,and the evaluation methods of the teachers and the students with sports skills and summarize the problems existing in the process of cultivating them.Aiming at these issues,the practical counter measures research is conducted as follows:1.Improve the enrollment policy of special enrollment students in the senior high school entrance examination,improve the quality of sports specialty students.Students,who have an interest or talents,are selected and engaged in physical education as to increase the number of students.2.Refine the management system and improve the management style in the class.The school strives for parents’ support and work together with them.3.The school promotes project settings and improves the professional level of coaches.Reasonably arrange training time to ease the contradiction between learning and training.Standardize the teaching of professional courses and improve the quality of professional courses.4.Improve the timeliness of the teaching of the culture class and the effectiveness of preparing for the college entrance examination.5.Add the results of professional courses into the teaches’ and students ’ evaluation system.Guide the coaches and culture teachers to cooperate with each other to change the situation of teaching separately.6.Open up the source and reduce expenditure.Strive forgetting funds from superior department superior and optimize the use of funds.Look ahead at what might happen and be ready to handle it.Check strictly to ensure personal safety.The conclusion is drawn from the study as follows:1.That two enrollment channels,recommending and special talent exams,are carried out simultaneously is more conducive to select high-quality students.In the junior high schools,we will carry out reservation-based training,physical education options,and the development of student associations.We will provide students with a platform to understand the professional characteristics,and choose a suitable profession to broaden the selection of students with sports skills.2.The class management method combining decentralization and concentration is more in line with the characteristics of students with sports skills.The grid-based seamless management mode of the class teachers,the teachers,the student backbones and the parents has improved the management quality of the sports specialty students and optimized the management mode of the sports special training.3.With the help of social forces,the project setting is optimized,and the resources of colleges and higher authorities are used to enhance the quality of teachers.We carry out the professional class preparations together,compete for posts,standardizes the teaching of professional courses,and improves the training mode of professional courses.4.Establish a long-term archive of the students with sports skills,track and record the development of students,determine the direction of training according to students’ achievement,and arrange training and learning time to effectively alleviate the contradiction between learning and training.5.Reduce the level of teaching difficulty,prepare for the exam accurately,and improve the scores effectively of the sports specialty students.The tutor’s responsibility system and order-based training ease the uneven development of professional courses and cultural courses.6.Comprehensive recognition of students’ professional,cultural and comprehensive results and the implementation of two policies,bundled evaluation of professional & cultural courses policy and professional teacher protection policy,have stimulated the enthusiasm of teachers and students and formed a relatively complete evaluation model. |
