Academic procrastination is procrastination in the performance of the learning tasks. the researchers interest in it began in the1980s, has only two or three decades of history. At present, The foreign study has more mature, but in China, the research is also a nearly10years of time, and domestic to study it mainly on college students, and research on high school students increase gradually, but on primary school students study also is less, in fact primary school students are also Academic procrastination, According to the investigation of open-ended questionnaire and interviews with students and teachers, and through the initial test and revision, the formal Questionnaire was formed. tested the questionnaire investigation, the researcher revealed the status of the1000high school students'academic Procrastination in anyang and luoyang gender differences, grades differences and schools differences.The results are as follows:(1) he translated and revised the APS (Academic Procrastination Scale-Students Form).The revised questionnaire of academic procrastination was of high reliability and validity. It could be used as an evaluative implement on academic Procrastination.(2) Through the survey, it is found that the pupils academic Procrastination are quite common, but the serious is not much. Among them, the pupils in Study Autonomous learning tasks delay the heaviest, followed by homework delay, lowest in preparing for the exam This study also found that pupils academic Procrastination there were significant differences in demographic variables such as gender, class, grade.(3)this study found that perceived academic self-efficacy in the mid to upper level of the pupils'academic Procrastination. Pupils academic procrastination and learning self-efficacy is a significant negative correlation and learning self-efficacy was a significant negative correlation, regression analysis also found a significant linear relationship between the two.(4) In this study, from the teacher level, parent level, the level of psychological intervention and home-school cooperation level education countermeasures to combat pupils' academic procrastination.
