Academic procrastination refers to learners have the intention of learning tasks, but there are no consistent with intention of behavior, or learners know that they should be finished learning tasks, and they want to do this, but they does not finish the learning tasks in a scheduled time, or does not conform to the standard of learning results.Academic procrastination also leads to the learning objectives of students are not clear, and leads to management of time disorder. Academic procrastination are also affect their emotions and personality, to the unhappiness produced by family atmosphere, influencing the class learning atmosphere. This research according to the methods of literature, and interview method, compiled the "questionnaire of academic procrastination in high school students" and " questionnaire of academic procrastination reasons in high school students", in this paper there are650students of in Hohhot Tuo Xian first school and national middle school is the main study object, and its reason was analyzed about the present situation of high school students Academic procrastination. On the basis, finally some education measures be puting forward through the research conclusion.This study draws the following conclusions:1.Compiled with good reliability and validity of high school students questionnaire procrastination reason.2.Revealing the present situation of high school students procrastination procrastination:(1) high school students accounted for50.3%of all high school students have academic procrastination phenomenon, of which8.6%of students have serious academic procrastination phenomenon;(2) There are not significant differences in gender and grade in high school;(3) The serious academic procrastinations in55students analysis concluded that with the increase of grade, delay the degree is also increasing.3.Revealing the situations of academic procrastination in high school:(1)according to academic procrastination impact factor analysis in high school concluded the degree of delay as the order:self factors, parents, classmates, teachers, time management, goal management factors.(2)As a result of teachers influence grade:grade one,grade two have significance impaction.(3)As a result of students, parents management objectives influence gender:the influence of the boys was significantly higher than girls.
