Situation Investigation And Countermeasure Analysis Of Current Development Of Tennis In Colleges And Universities In North Henan

The rich culture deposit and unique charm lying under tennis have greatly attracted people's attention.Nowadays, playing tennis has become an important way of friends making and body building for people from allprofessions. Because of fancy, the number of college students who love tennis is increasing. Tennis, which is nowwidely popularized in university and college in our country, is becoming a significant method for students toexercise in PE or spare time. But the popularization didn't go well in universities or colleges of some regions. Theregional difference as well as a sort of objective condition which leads to the unsmooth prevalence. In presentChina, the foundation of mass sports depends on university, whose vigorous promotion in the development andcourses of tennis are positively helping form the atmosphere of sport-culture in universities and pushing thepopularization of tennis effectively. However, the present condition of universities can hardly meet students' needin tennis, meanwhile this problem has drawn some supervisors' and PE teachers' attention. For this problem blocksthe development and the prevalence of tennis in universities.This paper investigates and studies the popularization and promotion progress of tennis in universities in northHenan by documentary reference, questionnaire investigation, expert interview, logic analysis and mathematicalstatistics to find out the factors that affect the development of tennis in universities in north Henan. The mainpurpose of this paper is to get the objective evaluation and analysis of tennis' situation in order to find out theconclusion and propose corresponding countermeasure, furthermore, we can get significant theoretical support andbases to promote the tennis in the six cities in north Henan even the whole Henan province and the whole country.
