With the deepening of the new basic education curriculum reform, the formulation of the "Basic Education Curriculum Reform (Trial)" and the curriculum standards, the new requirements on the level of knowledge, teaching ability and overall quality of the chemistry teachers who are engaged in basic education work are proposed. The study is said that the teacher professionalization is the trend of the world's teacher education development, and is the needs and direction of Chinese teacher education reform. To make the teacher education to reach a professional level, teachers should have a more broad knowledge than other professions, including subject knowledge level which is close to the comprehensive university, excellent education and teaching organizational ability and creative education research capacity. The professional development of teachers needs the support of the teacher education curriculums, teacher education curriculum structure is directly related to the teacher's literacy structure. Therefore, when setting the teacher education curriculum, we must true construct a new teachers' professional knowledge and ability from the perspective of teachers professionalization to promote the professional development of the teachers. Moreover, with the development of the society and the implementation of the new high school curriculum reform, the traditional Chemical teaching theory in Chemistry (education) major of universities is facing many new problems, the past Chemistry teaching theory has not been contained all connotations of the discipline. As the "mother ship" of the basic education, universities are charged with the important task of training future teachers. Therefore, they should adjust the training objectives, professional settings and course structure, reform the teaching methods by the goals and contents of the basic education curriculum reform to cultivate the normal students with advanced education teaching philosophy, skills of basic teaching theory and practice and teaching research capacity, and to achieve effective convergence of the teacher education and the basic education.In order to adapt to the requirements of the basic education curriculum reform and teacher professionalization development, the paper constructs the Chemistry teacher education discipline course group on the basis of theoretical studies and empirical research through the ways of the documentary research, the questionnaires and the interviews and so on. First, through the documentary method, look up the literatures on Chemical teacher education curriculum setting published in recent years, to understand the current situation of domestic and foreign chemical teacher education curriculum setting. Secondly, using School of Chemistry and Chemical Engineering in which the researcher is studied as the object of empirical study, the setting, structure and objectives of the the chemical teacher education discipline's curriculums are obtained through interviewing and looking up the school's the culture plans and a variety of files, the views of the current curriculum setting, the implementation of the teaching content, teaching methods, evaluation and learning attitude and satisfaction are mainly obtained through the questionnaire method, The informant are2007-class senior undergraduates who have learned chemical teacher education curriculums. Then, through interviewing the chemistry teachers in high schools, understand their views, attitudes and evaluation on the chemistry knowledge structure and others of novice chemistry teachers, the reflected results are more real and objective by this way. Using these materials as a basis, the author construct the chemical teacher education curriculum group. Finally, on the basis of the former work, choosing representative six normal universities in district and level of running schools to investigate series courses including compulsory theoretical courses and practical courses and elective courses and so on, in order to construct the chemical teacher education curriculum group, the course objectives are determined, the curriculum standard is formed.
