| Teaching tact is a sensitive,rapid and accurate judgment ability that teachers face when facing complex teaching situations in classroom teaching.It is the teacher's use of existing subject knowledge,teaching knowledge and teaching skills to solve sudden emergencies in the classroom.The comprehensive ability of events such as poorly structured problems.Since the 1990 s,Chinese scholars have carried out extensive research on teaching tact,and have obtained corresponding research results,but research on the training of teaching tact of middle school chemistry teachers is still rare.This research is divided into two interrelated parts.First,using the self-compiled "Questionnaire on the status quo of middle school chemistry teachers' teaching tact and Its influencing factors",127 middle school chemistry teachers in 7 regions of my country were surveyed to explore the necessity and influencing factors of the training of middle school chemistry teachers' teaching tact.Then,two natural teaching classes,Class 1 and Class 2 of Chemistry Education of X Normal University,were selected as the research objects,using the self-compiled "Training materials for middle school chemistry teachers' teaching tact",and using a 2×3 experimental design to carry out the experimental class middle school chemistry teaching tact is trained to examine the effect of training on pre-service chemistry teachers' teaching tact.The research found that:(1)Through the investigation,it is found that it is necessary to cultivate the teaching tact of middle school chemistry teachers.And there are 8 elements that affect the teaching tact of middle school chemistry teachers.Among them,the teacher's teaching skill knowledge is the most influential.(2)The learning and training of teaching skills and knowledge can significantly improve the teaching tact of pre-service middle school chemistry teachers,and the training effects of pre-service middle school chemistry teachers with different performance levels are significantly different.It can be seen that the teaching tact of middle school chemistry teachers can be generated and developed through training,and it is necessary and feasible to strengthen the chemistry teaching tact training of students in normal universities. |
